 This 3% Nouveau Developer is uniquely crafted to activate color while enhancing the health of lashes. Specially designed for lashes at 2% (7 vol) to minimize sensitivity risks and effectively apply color. Contains hydrogen peroxide.

Designed to activate the colour molecules in the CeraLashTints.

Mix 1 part CeraLashTint to 1 part Tint Developer 3%
